STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING , DELIVERY & PICK UP  POLICY
 

Same day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm daily. All orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following business day. 

 

Delivery Fees range from $6 - $10 
 

FAMILY ISLAND SHIPPING VIA BOAT 

 

Shipping Fees range from $12 - $15 (freight & delivery fee inclusive)
 

  • Immediate payment (via bank transfer )

  • Provide receipt of payment 

  • Customer will be notified once funds are received 

  • ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR BOAT FREIGHT DAY

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

 

You’re allowed to use your funds for future purchases. Valid for 60 days.

  • Is pre-ordering available?
    No
  • Do you give refunds or exchanges?
    No exchanges or refunds but store credit is provided for future purchases.
  • What are your payment options?
    OPTION 1 - Cash on delivery or pick up OPTION 2 - Bank transfer (Scotia Bank Only For Same Day Transactions) If you're paying via any other bank your items will be held until the funds are received. This normally takes up to 24 - 48 hours.
  • Do you hold or layaway items?
    No but we're looking forward to offering layaway services in the future.
  • Do you carry half sizes in shoes?
    No, If you're wearing a half size we recommend you to go a size up. Example: You're currently wearing a 7 - 7.5 we recommend size 8.
  • What are your business hours?
    Tuesday-Saturday: 10am -4pm Sunday: 11am-2pm Monday: CLOSED
  • Do you have all of the items that are on your site?
    Yes, all items are currently in stock.
  • Do you ship to the Family Islands?
    Yes, via boat. Shipping fees varies from $12 - $15 (freight & delivery fee included)
  • Are your items true to size?
    Yes.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    No, we’re an online home based business. We have both delivery and pick up available, delivery fees vary depending on location.
  • How do I get the location for pick up?
    We will contact you via Whatsapp confirming your pick up time and the location map will be sent.
